Problem at Hand:
A financial company was facing a lot of trouble with a bunch of negative reviews that were circulating among various review websites. These negative reviews were impacting the reputation of the company and the team was losing clients for the same reasons. They did have a lot of positive reviews, but few negative ones were creating all the trouble. When talking to the owner of the company, we came to know about the various difficulties they had been facing when instilling trust among their perspective clients. Not just that, some even cancelled the deal after a few meetings when coming across such fake reviews posted online.
The owner of the financial company was very upset about the ways these reviews were attacking their already set reputation. For the same reason, he wanted us to take immediate action.
What We Did?
Understanding the nature of the problem, we discussed the various resolutions. We went through the entire strategies and had extensive discussion with the concerned team of that particular financial company. We outlined the ways to delete the negative reviews from different review websites. Also, we suggested the ways for accumulating fresh and new reviews from their existing clients.
Overall, we prepared a complete backup plan for ensuring that their reputation was restored promptly. While it took just a matter of time for us to delete those negative reviews, the job wasn’t done there. We also suggested the client several ways for building up the rapport that they lost because of some fake negative reviews.
It took a few months to get back on track. The company was highly satisfied with our services and with the extra efforts that we put to bring back their reputation on track. The financial company even agreed about the tremendous opportunities they weren’t aware of until we provided them a way to reach out the audience with positive online reputation. And, everything did work.
